Taj Mahal traces its roots back to Bangalore, India to the year 1857, when the sight of bullock carts carrying huge barrels of beer to customers, was a common sight!
Our source brewery has remained unchanged from the time Taj Mahal Lager was first introduced to the US market in 1983. Customers who tasted it for the first time appreciated its crisp, clean, and refreshing flavor. Taj Mahal Premium Lager is slow-brewed to perfection using the choicest malts and imported “Saaz” hops. It is a beer connoisseur’s delight. The flavor is malt nuanced and it delivers a pleasant bitterness that counterpoints with the subtle tones of sweetness that results in a dry finish.
A hint of toasted oak and butter rounds out the long, lingering finish.
